Bordeaux Index is always looking to buy or broke your fine wines. As well as showing bids on LiveTrade, our Purchasing Department are at your disposal to provide you with quotations for brokerage or outright purchase.

Bordeaux Index offers free Cellar Valuations, a service which allows fine wine collectors to ascertain the true value of their cellars.

For a bespoke quotation, please download the spreadsheet (above) and complete the fields where requested. Once completed, please email the form to your account manager or Jon Roach. The form contains the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your account manager (if known)
  • Valuation type (see drop down option)
  • Currency (see drop down option)
  • Wine name and grower (if applicable)
  • Vintage
  • Format
  • Packaging
  • Case size
  • Quantity of cases and/or bottles
  • Wine's current location
  • Status (IB/DP)

For older wines, digital pictures are of great use.
