"As a fine wine merchant, seeing the very best estates first-hand and tasting the world's finest wines are perks of the job and thanks to our new tours, this experience and
education in fine wine is open to anyone, not just those of us who are lucky enough to work in the industry. Our new initiative means that wine lovers can access France's elite Châteaux for the first time and wine enthusiasts are given unprecedented access to some of the world's most exclusive estates.

"Until now, fine wine lovers could visit only a limited number of vineyards that have made themselves open to the public. However, thanks to our close working relationships with the top estates - even those Châteaux that traditionally have been closed to visitors - wine lovers can now get an insiders perspective on how the world's finest wines are made.

"The tours will enable customers to visit estates to taste and see first-hand the terroir of the wines they buy in the regions of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Italy and Champagne. Each scheduled tour will be hosted by a senior member of our sales team and our own experienced, bi lingual tour coordinator who will arrange every aspect of the trip, including booking restaurants and any extra activities upon request, such as a round of golf or spa treatments! Not only will we use our impeccable connections with the best chateaux but also hotels and restaurants to provide well organized breaks of the highest quality. Frequent requests by our customers to arrange bespoke tours have prompted the launch of this new service. We are the only UK-based wine merchant doing this - it's another opportunity to further enhance the many personal services we offer our customers.

"Of course there are companies offering wine tours but none have the connections to the best estates which we enjoy. Our relationships gain us access to these properties, as well as allowing customers to be able to make good use of our special rates for accommodation when booking a tour.

"As the tours grow, we will look to offer scheduled tours to other destinations too, such as the Rhône valley, Germany, Australia and Spain. (Bespoke tours to these destinations are available for booking now).

"The key for us is to offer as much flexibility as possible and therefore customers can come to us and we can arrange their preference of hotel, transport, restaurants and on the dates they desire."
